      Water, Whole Grain Barley, Whole Grain Brown Rice, Red Bell Peppers, Tomato Paste, Chick Peas (garbanzo Beans), Green Beans, Peas, Sunflower Oil And/or Soybean Oil+; Less Than 2% Of: Green Bell Peppers, Onions*, Mushroom Powder (maltodextrin, Mushroom Extract), Basil, Garlic*, Apple Cider Vinegar, Yeast Extract, Salt, Ground Red Chili, Paprika Extract (color), Black Pepper, Ground Oregano, Natural Flavor.

      Directions

      How to Cook: Microwave (Microwave times may vary. Take care when handling and opening the hot pouch. Refrigerate unused portion): Squeeze pouch to 4 separate grains. Tear two inches to vent. Cooking Times: 1 pouch - 90 seconds. 2 pouches – 2-1/2 minutes. Remove from microwave using hold here area on untorn side. Skillet: Squeeze pouch to separate grains and pour contents into a skillet. Add 2 Tbsp. of water and stir until heated thoroughly. Serve immediately.
