      Cooked Long Grain White Rice (water, Rice), Water, Broccoli, Contains Less Than 2% Of: Cheddar Cheese (milk, Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Blue Cheese (milk, Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Parmesan Cheese (partially Skim Milk, Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Buttermilk, Citric Acid, Cream, Dextrose, Distilled Monoglycerides, Dried Yeast, Garlic Powder, Hydrolyzed Corn Protein, Lactic Acid, Modified Corn Starch, Modified Whey, Natural Flavor, Nonfat Milk, Onion Powder, Palm Oil, Paprika, Annatto And Turmeric Extract Colors, Salt, Sodium Alginate, Sodium Hexametaphosphate, Sodium Phosphate, Soybean Oil, Torula Yeast, Wheat Flour, Whey, Yeast Extract.

      Must cook thoroughly - See cook instructions. Cooking Directions: For food safety and quality, follow the directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Microwave (Recommended method): 1.Remove pouch from carton. Place pouch printed side up, on microwavable plate. Do not cut slit in pouch. 2. Microwave on high according to chart until thoroughly cooked. Microwave wattage (Wattages vary; adjust time for your microwave unattended): 1200; Time on high: 4-1/2 to 5 min. Microwave wattage (Wattages vary; adjust time for your microwave unattended):1000; Time on high: 6 to 7 min, Microwave wattage (Wattages vary; adjust time for your microwave unattended): 700; Time on high: 7 to 7-1/2 min. 3. Let stand 1 minute. Caution: Hot! Pull or cut to open. Empty into serving dish; stir. Stove-Top: Important: Do not heat pouch in boiling water. 1. Empty contents of pouch into 2-quart nonstick saucepan. 2. Add 3 tablespoons water. Cover; cook over medium heat 10 to 20 minutes, breaking up and stirring occasionally.

      Keep frozen.
