      Are you looking for a turkey sausage link a little on the milder side, but still with outstanding flavor? Moo & Oink Turkey Mild Links has it. It's all about the quality, and our own unique spice blends that help you add a little down home 'southern comfort' to your meal, with a little less heat. Moo & Oink Sausage Links have been a favorite for generations, and they are still made with pride right here in Chicago. Each link boasts 1/2 pound of flavor, ready for your stovetop, oven or grill.

      Ingredients

      Turkey, Textured Soy Flour, Water Seasoning (Paprika, Salt, Red Pepper, Dextrose, Spices, Sugar, Spice Extractives, Oleoresin Paprika, Citric Acid, BHT, Natural Flavor) in Collagen Casing

      Directions

      Keep frozen. Cooking: Moo & Oink Pork Hot Links are at their best when thawed before cooking. Grill: Moo & Oink recommends slow cookin! Preheat grill to 350 degrees F. Place links on medium low grill. Turn links often until browned and cooked thoroughly to 160 degrees F, allowing 25-30 minutes to cook. To speed up grilling time, partially cook in skillet following instructions below and finish on the grill. Skillet: Preheat frying pan over medium-high heat. Add 1/4 cup of water to skillet, cover skillet and simmer for 10-15 minutes, turning links often. Remove cover, continue cooking 10-15 minutes, turning links often until browned. Cook thoroughly to 160 degrees F. Broiler: Preheat broiler. Place links on broiler pan approximately 8-10 inches below broiler flame and turn frequently allowing 25-30 minutes to cook thoroughly to 160 degrees F. Keep frozen. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods, wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
