      New chick on the block. Baked (never fried). Chicken with no antibiotics ever. All natural (Minimally processed. No artificial ingredients). Fully cooked. Tasty, Crispy, Whoa! This is coated in rice flour & cauliflower?! Chicken Tenders. One night I was experimenting with cauliflower (as I always do!) and used my favorite veggie to coat some chicken tenders. It worked for a pizza crust, so why not a chicken coating? When I told my family how I made their healthy dinner so delish, no one heard me: they were all too busy eating!       Chicken Breast, Water, Rice Flour, Dried Cauliflower, Brown Rice Flour, Organic Yellow Corn Flour, Rice Starch, Contains 2% Or Less Of The Following: Tapioca Starch, Salt, Seasoning (chicken Broth, Natural Flavor), Sea Salt, Spices, Leavening (cream Of Tartar, Sodium Bicarbonate), Organic Corn Starch, Torula Yeast, Lactic Acid Powder, Calcium Lactate, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Extractives Of Paprika, Paprika

      Heating Instructions: Oven / Toaster Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F for conventional oven, or 400 degrees F for convection oven. 2. Place tenders on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. 3. Heat 16-19 minutes for conventional oven, or 15-17 minutes for convection oven. Air Fryer: 1. Preheat air fryer for 3 minutes to 360 degrees F. 2. Place tenders in basket that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Do not overcrowd. 3. Heat 10-11 minutes. Product must be cooked thoroughly to internal temperature of 165 degrees F for food safety and quality. Do not thaw chicken tenders before cooking. Cook from frozen. Your oven temperature may vary. Adjust heating time and temperature as necessary. For best results on all cooking methods, flip tenders halfway through cook time. Caution: tenders will be hot. Cool before eating.
