      Directions

      Cooking: JemmBurger Chicago Style Beef Patties are at their best when cooked directly from the freezer. Our special blend of spices means there's no need to add extra seasonings. Outdoor Grill: For Medium: Preheat grill to 350 degrees F or until charcoal briquets turn white hot; grill frozen burger 2-1/2 minutes. Turn to cook 2 more minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. Frying Pan: For Medium: Preheat fry pan over medium-high heat; place frozen burger in uncovered pan; fry 2-1/2 minutes or until surface juices appear. Turn and fry 2 more minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. Broiler: For Medium: Preheat broiler; broil frozen burger 4 minutes. If desired, turn burger after 2 minutes for even browning, or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. Safe Handling: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry.
